Never Underestimate

When building your business and your own personal brand, by expanding your network, you must not underestimate someone's potential to help your business grow. In fact that can be one of your biggest mistakes to make, if you let it. When building your business of course you have a dream and see it becoming the way you set out for it to be. However, if you become uptight or superficial, and to sum that up a typical Type A personality, then you will only be hurting yourself in the long run. Be honest and be complete. Always be open and get to know someone first before you may determine they aren't exactly right for your business. Remember always the rule of thumb, "The more people you screw over your 10% more likely you'll get screwed over each time. You don't want to be that guy who builds a multi-million dollar company to just loose it all because maybe a partner or even an employee wipes you completely out. There are many companies in which this has happened, for instance Enron would be a great exampleBe right and live just and without any wrong intentions!
